3.5 Account Transferability. Your fixbet account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits, bonuses, or winnings to any third party.

5.4 Modification of Promotions. fixbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by Users in good faith reliance on the promotion.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the fixbet Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before participating. fixbet is not responsible for losses incurred due to a User's misunderstanding of game rules.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All fixbet games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by fixbet's game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. 10.3 fixbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fixbet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude fixbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 Termination by fixbet. fixbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if fixbet reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.2 Termination by User. You may close your fixbet account at any time by contacting fixbet support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method , subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the fixbet Platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive termination.
